Steak

Season steak with whatever spices you want, and a bunch of salt. Preferably from a grassfed animal, and one that is not a scavenger (no pork).

Do not cook the steak if it smelled gassy before putting any spices on it.

Let it sit in the fridge for at least a couple hours or so, so the juices get absorbed into the spices.

Heat a pan with some oil in it. When hot, put the steak in.

Let it cook until all sides are browned lightly, and/or until your preferred level of doneness.

I prefer it raw, with only the outside 1-2 mm cooked, because it tastes good, digests better, gives more energy, and makes you look/act younger.

I eat it raw often too, but you can't do that if it smelled, like I said.

Just a friendly reminder...

Don't eat raw meat if it came from a scavenger like pork, nor eat it raw if it smells.

You should only eat it if it's super fresh, purple is best (red is okay but not ideal), not smelly, and grassfed is the best.

Beware of cross contamination too. I sometimes get it at whole foods, and when I do, I make sure it's not near the pork, and they didn't have any pork sitting out on the table at the same time when they cut it.

Shopping early helps with this.

raw tuna

Is really nice too.

In fact it's my favorite. Just has to be real fresh, not smelly,

Too bad it's about $25 / lb.
