Paypal Is Not Your Pal - They Have Been Charging $2,500 To Punish Your Opinion For 1+ Years

Big business and government have often worked together to screw you over, control thought, and behavior

Within the past month or so, Paypal came under scrutiny for implementing a policy that would charge users up to $2,500 USD for what any reasonable person would understand as having a different opinion. The changes weren't immediate, but they definitely would have been implemented if customers didn't notice, just like back in 2019 when the idiots running Paypal decided to not give the portion of money they take out of a sale (around 3%) back to the seller, if the buyer returned an item they bought.

So recently, people got pissed, and deleted their accounts en masse. I did too to help send a message, even though I haven't used them since around the event I linked to above, except for once when it was the only way to pay for something I needed. After this, I saw reports of Paypal saying the $2,500 fee they want to charge people for having different opinions got in by accident, was never decided on, etc... But it's all lies, and that stuff was intentional.

In fact, they started doing this an entire year ago by at least September 2021. Not September 2022 as was recently noticed.

There's more bullshit on this Paypal page too, but these are the most important parts. And just like "the LAW", if it's written vaguely on purpose, you can expect it will be used to take advantage of, and punish you for wrong think. The vagueness of laws, rules, etc., can and will be applied to anyone whom they want to punish.

So they've had this policy going for at least 13 months. Not roughly 1 month since the recent stink about it started in September 2022. And in the next paragraph we see...

You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of PayPal's services, regardless of the purpose of the use. In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy ..... may subject you to damages, including liquidated damages of $2,500.00 U.S. dollars per violation, which may be debited directly from your PayPal account(s) .....

Now go down to Prohibited Activities, and read number 2:

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that: ..... relate to transactions involving..... (f) the promotion of hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory or the financial exploitation of a crime, ..... (h) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, ..... (j) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (k) certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.

Take particular note of the spot that says under the laws of any jurisdiction when referring to Copyrights, etc. This essentially means that if the government of SomeShitHoleInEurope declares you a citizen liable to their law of "if you criticize X company in our country by making a mean meme, then we get to sue you", ... Well then they can contact PayEnemy, let them know, and a zombie who works there will take $2,500 out of the money you were dumb enough to leave in your Paypal account. You are their bitch, and would have to know the laws of every country to defend against this.

Though more importantly, is the "hate speech / intolerance / discrimination" clause in (f). Which is often used as a catch all for any criticism against anyone who doesn't want to be called out for their bullshit.

And the way things have been going for the past 50+ years, bit by bit, the cock gets shoved further up the ass of the people. If this kind of crap keeps going, don't be surprised when governments start making treaties with other countries that give them extradition rights for people they don't like (like Julian Assange, but worse).

So if you were a US citizen who criticized China, and the US had a treaty with them to ship you over there for the punishment of the "crime" of criticizing the Chinese Communist Party... Then they could theoretically do that. In fact the Chinese already have their own police station in New York City to do just that. But for non Chinese citizens, if it ever got that far, when your government isn't allowed to punish you cause you have rights listed in your Constitution... Well then the other government with a treaty can! All they have to do is make some calls, pay some people off, and poof! You're gone!

Though that's no different from what's already done today on a lower level between government and big business because Shiva Ayyadurai exposed a portal between government using Twitter to launder the 1st amendment, that way, Twitter gets the blame... Or even the stuff written in the entire Declaration of Independence with the King of England at the time... So nothing is new, and most people are willfully ignorant. If anything is to change, then the people must wake up and look in the mirror to see there's bullshit on all sides.

There is the truth, and then there's everything that's not true.

What you can do about this

• Paypal is like an earthquake prone zone, so don't build your house on sand there because it will sink. Better yet, don't even live there if you can. There are many alternatives to them. If you need help, just ask me and I can help set you up.
• Teach those fuckers a lesson: boycott them. Delete your account by logging in, then go to the gear icon near the top (settings), scroll down until you locate Close your account, and follow it through. But that's about it.
• Don't stop there: boycott any business, service, etc., that tries to control your behavior through bullshit "PoLiCiEs" and word salad to get you to comply. You're a human who has rights, and third parties like mainstream media and big tech companies, are the ones used to launder censorship, and create a false reality that's not true. Do not support them in any way if you can.
• Learn the law, and how to repsent yourself in court. You can learn here, or here, with his level 1 course. I've gone through both, and both are good. The first is a bit more organized, but the 2nd is geared more toward a particular topic within the law, and teaches you how to do so from that angle. I know many people who think it's all hopeless, but if you knew what I did, and acted on it, then you'd realize the powers that be are not all powerful as they think. I'm just some dude, spent a few hundred dollars on legal knowledge, went through a few months of training, and solidified my knowledge by intentionally breaking laws (for petty things, like ignoring traffic devices when it was safe, having expired registration, red light scam cameras, debt collectors, + more), and testing it in open court. From that, I've beaten lawyers who went through 4+ years of law school with countless more years on the job... And I'm just some fucking guy. I won't ever hold my breath for justice since I know how corrupt it is, but you are not powerless even though the corruption is real. The real question is whether or not you're going to let people fuck you in the ass. And the reality is that most legal threats are either bluff, or lies.
